On July 7, 2007 tragedy struck our family with the passing of our two youngest boys, Joshua 9, and Tyler 5.  With our faith in God and the love and support of family and friends we are able to CELEBRATE their lives and keep their memory alive.

The fund, set-up in memory of Josh and Tyler, has been created to give children the opportunity to achieve their personal best by providing a monetary resource to those who would not otherwise be able to participate or experience their dream. It is our hope that this fund will enable children to grow and seek to inspire attributes that develop sound character and in return be an important part of our community.  The Joshua and Tyler Stephens Memorial Fund (J&T Fund) is a fund that will contribute to children year round so donations are welcomed throughout the year.

Since its inception in 2008 the J&T Stephens Memorial Fund has given scholarships to over 60 Stamford elementary and middle school boys to play in the Stamford youth football league, 10 Stamford elementary and middle school girls to cheer lead in the Stamford youth football league, 2 children to play on the Stamford youth basketball travel team, awarded several elementary and middle schools libraries with over 100 books to promote literacy, Awarded 2 high school students with the Trinity award, several high school students going to college award, sponsored girls for softball teams, gymnastics, ballet, youth hockey, football camps, lacrosse camp and Babe Ruth league.

Our goal for the “Celebration of Life/ J&T FUND” is to help as many kids as we can to always look to a brighter tomorrow

The fund accepts individual sponsors as well as corporate sponsors willing to donate to keep the dreams alive for so many of the young people!
